Returns + Exchanges
Your credit card information is completely safe. We want you to love your new purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know. Full price merchandise may be returned within 14 days from date of receipt, provided that all items are in their unused original condition with all garment tags attached and any related accessories/instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns will not be accepted. All sale, bespoke or personalized merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You will receive a full refund to your credit card after items have been returned (this will not include the cost for return shipping). Damages to or omission of this box from your return and exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. If you decide to refuse any shipment from us, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period. Ship your return or exchange through an insured, trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
