Returns & Exchanges

All unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving the items. Merchandise must be returned with original tags with its original packaging and free of makeup/deodorant marks to be considered eligible for a full refund or exchange.

To submit a return or exchange of products purchased through our online store, please e-mail: agd@artemis-diciero.com subject line: return request #your order number.

Customers may choose their preferred method of shipping and we recommend tracking/insurance, as Artemis Diciero is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have Artemis Diciero send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount.

TO EXCHANGE:
Tell us what item you want to swap for and we will confirm the merchandise is in stock and put it on hold until your return is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). 
If your exchange is approved, we will either refund you the difference and ship the new item(s) or request payment for the price difference of the exchanged item(s); in this case, your new item(s) will be shipped within 72 hours of payment, at the cost of Artemis Diciero. 

TO RETURN: You're allowed to change your mind! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If products fail to meet the standard conditions stated above, the merchandise will be returned back to sender and sender will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- Shipping and handling fees will only be reimbursed in case of  the event of a defective item.  

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Things happen: if you think something is wrong with your merchandise after wearing it, let us know and we will explore exchange options with you on a case by case basis.

Artemis Diciero has the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of a product being altered, damaged or misused by the customer.
